By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to commission artwork from me.
I will draw most species. Exceptions apply to closed or very unusual species. Contact me if this applies to you.
NSFW Art (18+)/Content: NSFW is accepted, but is slightly personal. Feel free to contact me for details regarding what I will and will not do regarding NSFW art. There is a fee when commissioning NSFW art.
I will never draw: Extreme Gore, Vore, Hyper, Inflation, Pregnancy, TF, Watersports, MLP, Baby Fur/cub, Zoo
Character References: Send me a visual reference of your character so I can be as accurate as possible when working on your commission. Provide any extra details regarding clothing, pose, backgrounds etc.
My Gallery: I may post your commission on my social accounts and FurAffinity. If you request for something to be deleted for whatever reason, I may or may not take it down. I reserve the right to not post commissions to my gallery as I see fit.
Reposting Commissioned Work: You may repost my work anywhere you’d like as long as my signature is visible. If you link back to me, please link one of my profiles. (Twitter, FurAffinity etc.) You may not repost the full resolution image.
Making Edits: I will not make any edits after the commission has been completed. You are free to edit when the commission is complete, should you choose to do so.
Work in Progress Screenshots: WIP screenshots will be shared whenever it makes sense. You will receive at least one WIP during the sketch phase. I will send out the WIPs to your preferred method of contact.
Customer Privacy: Your personal information including your name or e-mail will never be shared or sold. I take your personal privacy very seriously. I can do anonymous commissions upon request.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Starting Your Commission: Payment must be received in full before I begin a commission. Commissions are started once everything is confirmed.
Turn Around Time: Smaller projects like portraits are typically finished within two weeks of payment, up to a month. Bigger projects like paintings with multiple characters could take up to two months.
Accepted Payment Methods: The only accepted method of payment is via PayPal USD. I do not accept any other form of currency.
Sending Your Payment: Payment is done via PayPal invoices. Once I receive your form, I will send you a PayPal invoice and a message to confirm everything. (Please do not send me your commission payment directly.)
PayPal Information: I do not make my PayPal information public. It will be sent to the commissioner privately upon acceptance of the commission.
Payment Time Limit: If you do not send a payment within 48 hours of me approving the commission and sending you your invoice, your slot will be given up. I try to be flexible, and understand if issues come up that make payments late. Contact me and we can work together to sort it out. Be aware that this can also affect how quickly your commission will be done.
Cancelling: If you choose to cancel your commission, please let me know as soon as possible and I will cancel the PayPal invoice sent to you and remove you from the queue. If already paid, and no work has been started on the commission, a full refund will be sent to you.
Refund Policy: Once the I begin working on the commission, you cannot get a refund.
I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. In no way or form am I claiming the character(s) drawn in my commissioned images. The commissioner may use the commissioned image at any size they please for personal use* only. If rights are requested for my art work entirely, please let me know and I will give written consent.
*Personal use excludes any and all commercial purposes (NFTs, logos, selling own prints, etc). No profit is to be made off of the image.
